Our engineers will review your specifications and confirm all technical details with you. If necessary, we will provide drawings, samples, or material certificates for double-checking before production begins.

Once both sides agree on pricing, lead time, and specifications, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). You can confirm the order by signing the PI and making a 30% deposit (or according to terms discussed).

We begin production in our integrated facility using CNC lathes, gear hobbing machines, forging and tempering lines. During production, our QC team performs crack testing, hardness checks, and dimensional inspections at every key stage.

After production is complete, we’ll send you final product photos, inspection reports, and packing details. Once the balance payment is received, we arrange shipping via your preferred method (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.), with all export documents provided.
